La Dama

A frothy cocktail that delicately brings warm and spicy notes for a fall favorite tequila drink.

  • 2 oz. Tequila 1349 Blanco
  • 2 oz. Horchata water
  • 1 oz liquor 43
  • 3 drops of Chocolate Bitters
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 medium egg white

Mix all ingredients (including egg white in cocktail shaker – no ice) Pour over into a chilled highball glass, garnish with cinnamon stick.

Early Bird

Coffee meets boozy-ness, perfect combo for an evening out.

  • 1 oz. Tequila 1349 blanco
  • 2 oz. cold brew coffee
  • 1 oz. oat milk (frothed) 
  • 1 tsp agave syrup 
  • 3-5 coffee beans

Combine all ingredients in a chilled glass, give it a stir and then pour the oat milk froth over, topping it with the coffee beans.


Mi Margarita

The zesty and fresh ingredients combined with Tequila 1349 Blanco makes for a low calorie, yet deliciously refreshing cocktail.

  • 2 oz. Tequila 1349 Blanco
  • 3.4 oz. Cointreau
  • Splash of club soda
  • 1 ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Salt half a rim of a martini glass. Add a slice of lime to garnish.

Jalisco Julep

Blending the Mayan honey based liqueur xtabentun with lemon juice and mint to enhance the semi-sweet notes of Tequila 1349 Blanco.

  • 1.75 oz. Tequila 1349 Blanco
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 0.8 oz. Xtabentún
  • 0.6 oz. Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. Simple syrup
  • 1 candid ginger

Muddle the mint leaves in shaker then combine all the ingredients, shake and strain into an old fashioned glass with crushed ice. Garnish with candid ginger.

The New Fashion

A twist on the signature old fashion has never been better.

  • 2 oz. Tequila 1349 Blanco
  • 1 teaspoons of brown sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of dark cherry syrup
  • Orange bitters
  • Orange peel

Stir all ingredients into a rocks glass, add 1 giant round or squared ice cube, garnish with orange peel.

Aper Spritzer

A take on the signature aperol spritz, this drink is light and refreshing , perfect for hot summer.

  • 2 oz. Tequila 1349 Blanco
  • 1.5 oz. Aperol
  • 3/4 sparkling water or topochico
  • 3-4 cucumber slices for infusion

Mix all ingredients, stir, pour into champagne or stemless wine glass and enjoy over ice. Garnish with cucumber slices.


La Paloma

  • 1.75 oz. Tequila 1349 Blanco
  • 0.75 oz grapefruit Infused Triple Sec
  • 1 slice of fresh grapefruit 
  • 1/4 cup Orange Blossom Water
  • 1/2 cup club soda

Combine all ingredients, shake and pour over ice, salt rim.

Spicy Coco

  • 1½ oz. Tequila 1349 Blanco
  • 1 cup fresh coconut water
  • ¾ oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 thinly sliced jalapeño

Serve in a cold glass with ice, sprinkle salt.

Sparkling Cielo

  • 1½ oz. Tequila 1349 Blanco
  • ½ oz. Grand Marnier
  • ¾ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. agave nectar
  • Top with sparkling wine or champagne

Serve in a champagne flute and garnish with lemon twist peel.

1349 Cooler

  • 1.5 oz. Tequila 1349 Blanco
  • .25 oz. simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Fresh watermelon juice 
  • 3-4 chunks of watermelon 
  • Dash of black salt

Set aside watermelon chunks, combine all ingredients into shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and pour into rocks glass. Add watermelon chunks.
