Our small batch approach ensures an authentic Mexican taste with every bottle

MADE FROM 100% BLUE AGAVE

Harvested blue piñas are always hand-selected by our expert farmers, a laborious and time consuming process. The succulent ripe ones get prepared to get baked and juiced.

TRADITIONAL MEETS MODERN

Cooked for 12 hrs in low pressure, the unique way of fermentation is key. The yeast is serenaded with classical music as it has a positive effect on how it reacts. Also known as “happy” yeast.

Farming responsibly

When cropping we don’t displace trees, we don’t disrupt nature and we ensure a healthy environment for all surrounding animals by integrated pest management that reduces the need of harsh pesticides.

FOCUSED ON SUSTAINABILITY

Aceves Spirits is committed to producing less waste by using the waste to produce other products that have market value, such as livestock feed and multi-purpose briquettes.

It all begins with a single sip

With each sip you take in, the sights and sounds of Arandas, Jalisco replace your current reality.

Like most adventures to this popular state, depending where you are, you emerge in the central square. Food vendors bustling, mariachi bands playing, the tour guides are hustling, and local artists are sharing their latest inspirations with those who wander by.

If you were to venture out into the fields, you would be consumed by the earthly hues that have ever-so-obviously inspired those very works of art. Endless rows of blue agave plants, rolling red volcanic soil, and golden beams of sun make each passing mile more vibrant than the last.

Blue agave farms stretch as far as the eye can see, and it is instantly clear why they say these highlands are blessed.
